Loved its central location, which provided easy access to the subway and all the areas we needed to visit. The family room we booked was spacious and well-suited for our needs, making our stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and family-friendly accommodations.

The room we stayed in, a triple room, was spacious and immaculately clean. It provided a cozy and inviting environment for my family's weekend getaway. The en suite bathroom was well-appointed, and the amenities provided ensured a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was perfect for the season, and the satellite TV and free Wi-Fi were much appreciated. The service at Hotel Madrid Centro truly stands out. The reception staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful. Their recommendations and assistance with our inquiries added a personal touch to our stay. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived.

The Hotel was modern but the ambiance feels boutique like- homely and friendly. On check-in, Jonathan presented so happy and cheerful attending to guests, he was very helpful and accommodating. Our room smelt clean and fresh. WiFi was accessible inside and outside the hotel (like literally accessible within the nearest shop) The breakfast was unexpectedly exceptional for a continental breakfast. The gym facility was good, gym equipment were updated. The location was perfect for any purpose. Appreciated the discounted parking fee, considering the additional cost for parking in the city.

The location was amazing. We were so happy that everything was right around the corner. Had a lovely balcony overlooking the Gran Via. We would love to go back here.
